Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on items such as quilts, pillows, and mattress protectors unless they are faulty. Other items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging.

To maintain the quality of bamboo bedding, we recommend a cold or warm gentle machine wash with a mild liquid detergent and line drying in the shade to prevent fiber damage.
