At Manchester Warehouse, we want you to love your new bedding and home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like pillows, quilts, and mattress protectors cannot be returned once opened.

Ensure your items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in a shipping box or satchel, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a trackable postal service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
